Manage all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure smooth workflow, adherence to production schedules, and achievement of quality standards. Develop and implement strategies and action plans that align with the overall company objectives, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with quality control specifications and standards, conducting inspections and monitoring production processes to maintain high-quality output. Effectively manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and meet production targets. Implement and enforce safety guidelines and ensure compliance with legal and corporate safety standards to maintain a safe working environment. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to optimize performance and resolve production issues. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00 / yr.
