BRBQ Jersey City is a bold, new restaurant concept combining the art of wood-fire barbecue with an elevated dining experience. Located in the vibrant heart of Jersey City, BRBQ showcases exceptional flavors, locally sourced ingredients, and an innovative take on traditional barbecue.
We are currently seeking dedicated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team and help us deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Line Cook :
Prepare and execute dishes to BRBQ’s standards, following recipes and plating guides.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service.
Assist with prep, setup, and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
What We’re Looking For :
Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred.
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.
Reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills.
Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
