The Onsite Therapist role provides EAP visibility, 1 : 1 therapy, Critical Incident Response (CIR) coordination and delivery for the employees of Intel. This role will report to the Spring Health Clinical Manager.

What you'll be doing :

• Provide onsite support to employees onsite at the customer location in Rio Rancho, NM (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 7-3 and Wednesday, 10-6).
• Providing individual therapy to employees onsite and / or virtually
• Coordinate and deliver critical incident response
• Provide employee solution-focused employee mental health consultation and connection to appropriate resources
• Complete required internal training and assignments and attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings
• Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of required information that meets risk management and regulatory requirements
• Represent Spring Health and help to support / reinforce program parameters and goals.
• Communicate with local points of contact and cascade any needs to Spring Health partners through routine meetings and touchpoints.
• Proactively develop relationships with key customer contacts and attend customer meetings as requested / appropriate.
• Other responsibilities as they pertain to the success of this role

What we expect from you :

The target salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 annually. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
