Job descriptionEnsure tables are properly set and banquet areas are spotless Confirm silverware and glassware are clean and polished Support pre-shift meetings as needed Greet every table and engage with guests throughout their experience Oversee and support Servers and Server Assistants in your section Provide wine service and serve Skewer Boards as needed Maintain a clean and organized dining environment Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care Ensure the restaurant is clean and ready for the next shift Complete and review POS reports A confident, outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset Fluent knowledge of food, wine, and spirits Strong leadership and communication skills A polished, professional appearance Experience in upscale or fine dining preferred Be part of a passionate, service-driven team Work in a vibrant, high-energy environment Opportunities for growth and development

At Okto, we are committed to delivering excellence in hospitality. To uphold our high standards, we are seeking a Service Captain to join our dynamic front-of-house team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about guest service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and lead by example.
About the Role :
The Service Captain plays a key leadership role on the dining room floor, working closely with the management team and food expeditor to ensure seamless service. This highly visible position requires a polished appearance, strong communication skills, and a deep knowledge of our menu, wine list, and beverage offerings.
While not a managerial role, the Service Captain is a mentor and role model for Servers and Server Assistants, helping to maintain Oktos exceptional service standards.
