- Assist in inventory management to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of service areas to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures for service excellence.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in service operations.
Requirements :
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.Experience with point-of-sale systems and service management tools.High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality degree preferred.About Us :
