Senior Associate, Product Marketing

As the Senior Associate, Product Marketing (MedSup, PDP & Specialty), you'll support the development and execution of marketing strategies for Humana's Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and Specialty products. You'll help ensure our messaging is clear, compliant, and tailored to the needs of our members.

Key Role Functions

• Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies for MedSup, PDP, and Specialty products
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Brand, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and executional excellence
• Support campaign planning, creative development, and performance tracking
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform messaging and positioning
• Help manage marketing calendars, content development, and stakeholder communications

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $94,900 - $130,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
