Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect- Associate Director

KPMG is known for providing audit, tax, and advisory services to leading organizations. We are looking for a Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect to join our Audit Technology Alliance organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and secure cloud architecture on Azure for high-performance generative AI microservices.
• Collaborate with AI / ML engineers and product managers to translate application requirements into robust, cost-effective infrastructure designs that support modern AI agent patterns.
• Champion architectural innovation and quality by evaluating and integrating new Azure services and MLOps practices.
• Drive strategic evolution of the cloud platform by architecting and optimizing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and KEDA configurations for advanced auto-scaling and LLM usage.
• Serve as a senior technical expert and mentor to the engineering team; establish best practices for infrastructure?as?code, CI / CD, and cloud governance.
• Design and implement monitoring and observability strategies to ensure high availability and verifiable performance for the global audit practice.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
