HR Talent Acquisition Generalist

The HR Talent Acquisition Generalist emphasizes HR generalist operations with a strong talent acquisition component. You will support onboarding, HRIS data integrity, benefits coordination, and policy / compliance while driving recruiting for selected corporate / supply-chain roles and leading early-careers programs. The role provides a clear runway to HR Business Partner responsibilities through progressive exposure to ER and client-group support.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (40%)

• Own full-cycle recruiting : intake, sourcing (LinkedIn / Boolean), screening, structured interviews, offer creation / close, and ATS data integrity.
• Build passive pipelines and talent communities; track sourcing yield to improve funnel health.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Work Experience : 35 years combined experience across corporate recruiting and HR generalist work; campus recruiting exposure preferred.
