Your Purpose
As our CIO, you’ll be more than a technology leader — you’ll be a mission architect. Your work will bridge the gap between IT and humanity, ensuring that every digital advancement at PHRI enhances how we care for people. You’ll design and execute the roadmap that unites our systems, our data, and our teams — driving efficiency, security, and scalability as we continue to grow and serve more communities. What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and lead a 3–5-year enterprise IT strategy aligned with PHRI’s national expansion and integrated care model.
- Drive digital transformation across all departments through AI, automation, and data-driven innovation.
- Build scalable systems that support ASAM Levels 3.1, 3.5, and 3.7 care, residential programs, and telehealth delivery.
- Champion a culture of innovation where technology amplifies both performance and compassion.
Operational Excellence
Oversee all enterprise technology platforms — from EHR and CRM to billing, scheduling, and communication systems.Lead cross-functional teams including Help Desk, Network Administration, and Cybersecurity.Streamline processes through centralized asset management, ticketing systems, and governance frameworks to maximize uptime and efficiency.Innovation & AI Integration
Leverage AI and analytics to improve patient engagement, predict staffing needs, and enhance billing accuracy.Integrate AI solutions into behavioral health operations — creating smarter, faster, more informed decision-making at every level.Turn ideas into action, and data into better outcomes.Security & Compliance Leadership
Ensure unwavering compliance with HIPAA, ISO 27001, and 42 CFR Part 2.Protect PHRI’s systems and patient data through proactive security protocols, risk management, and rapid incident response.Lead with integrity, ensuring every byte of data reflects trust and safety.Team Development & Partnership
