What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and lead a 3–5-year enterprise IT strategy aligned with PHRI’s national expansion and integrated care model.
• Drive digital transformation across all departments through AI, automation, and data-driven innovation.
• Build scalable systems that support ASAM Levels 3.1, 3.5, and 3.7 care, residential programs, and telehealth delivery.
• Champion a culture of innovation where technology amplifies both performance and compassion.
