TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs)

• TQ 1 : Demonstrated leadership ability and expert knowledge to lead strategic and tactical enterprise-wide information technology operations, programs, products, and projects across a large, multifunctional technical organization which includes a blended workforce consisting of employees and contractors / vendors.
• TQ 2 : Expert knowledge of and demonstrated experience in state-of-the-art information processing, solution architecture / design / engineering, data center operations, cloud infrastructure and services, information security, distributed digital voice and data networks, service desk operations, collaboration tools, and mobile computing.

EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs)

Note : If you are a member of the SES or have been certified through successful participation in an OPM approved SES Candidate Development Program (SESCDP), or have SES reinstatement eligibility, you do not need to respond to the ECQs. Instead, you should attach proof (e.g., SF-50, Certification by OPM's SES Qualifications Review Board (QRB)) or your eligibility for noncompetitive appointment to the SES.
