About The Position

The Surgical Technologist (Surg Tech 4) is a vital member of the perioperative team, assisting in surgical procedures by maintaining a sterile environment, preparing instruments, and supporting the surgical team before, during, and after operations. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), this role requires expert technical skills, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient patient care.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.

Strong understanding of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation.

Certification of Completion in Surgical Technology

OR

Associate’s Degree in Surgical Technology

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)

Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (AHA)
