Licensed to practice law in NY

4 + years of Transactional Real Estate experience

Experience representing buyers / sellers, lenders / borrowers, landlords / tenants, developers / building owners, condo and co-op boards, and / or joint venturers

Experience with Ground Leases, Development Leases, Retail Leases, etc.
