Compensation : Hourly Range : $34.65 - $35.69
Your Role :
As a Clinical Nurse, you will assess, coordinate, plan, and deliver high-quality patient care. Your focus will be on managing patient needs throughout their care journey, especially during transitions within their stay.
Key Responsibilities include :
Implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, and performing necessary treatments while documenting care as per regulations.Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs and responses to care.Applying sound nursing judgment to patient care management decisions.Providing immediate care for both occupational and non-occupational health concerns.Administering medications as prescribed and as required.Collaborating with the nursing team to create effective Plans of Care for all patients.Guiding and directing ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.Qualifications :
Graduation from a recognized professional nursing program (Diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s Degree).Current NYS Registered Nurse license required.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is essential.1-3 years of clinical RN experience required, with at least 1 year in Telemetry or ICU settings.A commitment to continuous education and improving job performance.Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and techniques applicable to patient care.Thank you for considering a career with us!
