Global Chemical company needs someone to lead the inhouse maintenance team to improve the short and long term maintenance systems in the plant. The role supports site initiatives including PSM, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards to define and implement preventive and predictive maintenance practices that ensure equipment reliability. The candidate will develop a maintenance team through coaching and leadership and must have experience with utilities, boilers, high?speed rotating equipment, pumps, air systems, and refrigeration. 12+ years of experience in mechanical reliability and maintenance of pumps, rotating equipment, and process equipment is required.
