Why This Role is Special

As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will help architect next-gen automation using collaborative robots, PLCs, motion controllers, and advanced sensing systems . You will work closely with mechanical, software, and R&D teams to turn bold ideas into field-ready solutions - and contribute to patentable innovations that set new industry standards.

What You Will Do

• Lead control system design : sequence control, motion tuning, HMI integration
• Program and optimize servos, steppers, and 7-axis robots
• Solve real-world precision issues (vibration, resonance, etc.)
• Integrate smart sensors : vision, infrared LiDAR, ultrasonic
• Define system architecture with flow diagrams and state machines
• Collaborate across teams - from concept to development
• Contribute to invention disclosures and IP generation
• Travel up to 25% to support launches and customer installs
