Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Project Coordination :

Coordinate projects across multiple teams within the division.

Demonstrate proficiency in either Scaling Up, EOS, or equivalent methodologies.

Utilize appropriate technology tools (e.g., project management software, collaboration platforms) to facilitate team collaboration.

Monitor project deadlines and proactively address any delays or issues.

Identify and address project-related issues promptly.

Handle light administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation as it relates to projects.

Minimum Qualifications

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $100,000-$135,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
