Key Responsibilities
Manage user support through various communication channels and drive renewals and upsell opportunities
Engage users proactively, monitor user activity, and drive adoption through automated processes
Analyze customer success metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role
Curious and data-driven, with experience using analytics tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience with CRM or customer success platforms, preferably Hubspot
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
