Collection Operations Manager (CI / HUMINT)- Mid level

Bluehawk is seeking three mid-level Collection Operations Managers who shall perform work at designated government-owned facilities at USINDOPACOM HQ Camp H.M. Smith; USINDOPACOM JIOC, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI; and other military locations on the island of Oahu, HI. Locations also may include OCONUS & CONUS U.S. Government Controlled Facilities within the USINDOPACOM's Area of Responsibility (AOR) or their Joint Detachment (JDET) Offices in Denver, CO; Minneapolis, MN; or Ft. Worth, TX. Primary work location is Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, however government will determine based on mission requirements.

Responsibilities :

• The contractor shall ensure the proper coordination and de-confliction of complex operational activities with the appropriate Defense HUMINT Executor and DoD elements, external agencies, regionally supported Combatant Commanders and other national level intelligence or LE agencies as needed.
• The contractor shall review source operational case history to assess and provide guidance for source management to collectors and operational managers. Ensure documentation of all operational activity is maintained and up to date.
• The contractor shall maintain currency on HU MINT regulatory and policy guidance, validated collection and community requirements and priorities as established by national-level agencies and supported units and in accordance with the platform operating directives.
