Senior Product Manager, D2C ECommerce

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager, D2C eCommerce to own the product strategy and roadmap for personalized photo products on our Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce platform. This role drives product positioning, innovation, and revenue growth by aligning customer needs, market trends, and business goals. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with product, design, engineering, supply chain, marketing, and merchandising teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality photo product experiences. With a strong focus on go-to-market readiness, performance analysis, and customer insights, you will optimize product performance, enhance user experience, and identify new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for all personalized photo products on the D2C e-commerce platform, focusing on customer needs, market trends, and business goals. + Develop revenue targets and performance goals that align with business objectives. + Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to target customer segments. + Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities through competitive landscape monitoring and consumer insights.
