We are seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and systems administration. This role will lead infrastructure initiatives, support desktop operations, and drive strategic upgrades including ERP and ITSM implementations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with emotional intelligence and leadership capabilities.

Location : Hollywood, CA or NYC (Hybrid : 3–4 days onsite, Tuesday–Thursday preferred)

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Salary : $140K - $150K

Responsibilities :

• Lead infrastructure operations across cloud and on-prem environments
• Manage and enhance IAM, SSO , and Azure Cloud Ops
• Implement and administer Microsoft Intune for device management
• Oversee desktop support and new store IT setups (but would serve as the Tier 3 / Tier 4 support
• Support and plan for upcoming ERP upgrade
• Administer systems across multiple third-party vendors
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud ticketing system;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, ecommerce, and IT teams
