Attend weekly training sessions and workshops Learn how to generate and follow up with real estate leads Practice client conversations and objection handling techniques Work with senior agents to shadow appointments and tours Track daily activity and performance in provided systems Commit to ongoing learning and development No prior experience required; training provided Real Estate License Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback Self-starter with a positive attitude
