Job description

A company is looking for a Podcast Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard podcasters and publishers, guiding them through setup and launch planning

Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, answering questions and troubleshooting technical issues

Create and improve support resources to help partners self-serve at scale

Required Qualifications

1-3 years in customer success, account management, podcast operations, or related fields

A genuine customer-first mindset with a focus on problem-solving

Comfort with common productivity tools such as Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets

An interest in using A.I. tools to support company growth

Experience with subscription or membership businesses is a plus
