Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented CNC Mill / Lathe Operators to join a growing precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate a variety of CNC equipment to produce high-quality components for diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to quality, and a proactive approach to maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC mills and / or lathes to manufacture precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Perform tool offsets, work origin adjustments, and minor program edits as needed to maintain quality.

Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy.

Monitor tooling for wear and replace tools proactively to ensure consistent performance.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area that supports efficient workflow.

Perform routine maintenance and assist with scheduled preventive maintenance on machines.

Follow all safety guidelines and actively contribute to a culture of workplace safety.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status, quality issues, and process improvements.
