A company is looking for a Talent Assessment Specialist to enhance hiring processes and candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured and Topgrading-style interviews for mid-to-senior level candidates, summarizing findings into recommendations
Facilitate high-quality interviewer training and calibration sessions, maintaining trainer resources
Ensure completeness and objectivity of interview artifacts and collaborate with Enablement to improve interview processes
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in recruiting, talent assessment, or talent operations
Experience conducting structured interviews and synthesizing evidence into hiring recommendations
Strong facilitation skills with experience in training or calibration sessions
Experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
