What You'll Do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following :

  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, with a proactive approach to solving problems
  • Communicate progress, risks, and updates clearly to executives and stakeholders
  • Guide cross-functional teams, providing leadership and support
  • Track project performance to ensure completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Coordinate with Aftersales, Digital, Design & Construction, and Logistics teams
  • Develop diagrams, process maps, and spreadsheets to document needs and perform other related duties as assigned
  • Identify organizational and process gaps and participate in workshops to establish and improve processes
  • Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, scaling factors, and strategic decision drivers
  • Design and implement a reporting system to measure KPIs and guide leadership decisions

Location & Travel Expectations

This role will be based out of the remotely within the United States. This role is not eligible for remote work in New York City.

The responsibilities of this role require attendance in office with in-person meetings and events occasionally.

Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

Travel : Domestic and international travel required, approximately 25% of the time. Valid driver's license required. Passport required

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, software, tools and techniques
  • Strong proficiency with standard project management tools (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Jirra, Confluence, Figma).
  • Comprehensive experience managing retail automotive service documentation processes including work order creation, vehicle service history records, technician timekeeping, loaner fleet management, and invoice billing
  • Experience with implementation or expert level user of software platforms such as CRM, DMS, TMS, etc.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, planning, and execution skills.
  • Expertise in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Experience with project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  • 3+ years' experience managing projects in automotive retail service space.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification a plus
  • Independent and motivated, will receive little instruction from day-to-day.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, approximately 25% of the time.
  • Valid driver's license required.

    This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

    Initial base salary range = $130,000.00 - $160,000.00

    California base salary range = $143,000.00 - $176,000.00
