Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives in fast-paced production environments? We’re seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all operations at our Fairview facility — from production and maintenance to quality and inventory control.

You’ll drive performance across the plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of customer orders while developing your team and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead daily operations — machining, assembly, testing, and shipping.
• Translate sales orders into shop orders and coordinate non-stock materials.
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor KPIs for efficiency, downtime, and output.
• Train and mentor supervisors and production staff.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain to meet goals.
• Oversee plant layout, safety, and process optimization.
