As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution setting, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and visible presence. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within a financial institution environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards at all times.

Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with site and Allied Universal protocols.

Follow all site-specific guidelines and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements :

Possession of a valid Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
