Position : Customer Service / Order Processing Assistant
Location : Atlanta, GA (Onsite — 4 days per week)
Duration : 12+ Months Contract with good chances of extension
Interview : In-person with the client
Job Summary :
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist the Customer Service Analyst with weekly order processing and customer support for coffee product orders.
Responsibilities :
- Process weekly customer orders.
- Answer customer questions on stock levels and order status.
- Handle expedite requests and coordinate with the warehouse.
- Ensure orders ship accurately and on time.
