IT Systems Engineer

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to support both fulfillment center operations and corporate IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain IT systems across fulfillment center and corporate environments

Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes

Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for various devices and applications

Required Qualifications

4-6+ years of experience supporting Windows and Mac OS environments

Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace and Okta

Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash or PowerShell) for automation

Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Experience with Cisco Meraki, Koerber One, or cloud platforms is a plus
