Position Overview
The Sales Director provides strategic and operational leadership for all sales and customer-facing activities at Eddy Homes. This critical leadership role drives revenue generation, develops and coaches the sales team, executes sales strategies, and ensures exceptional customer experiences across all communities.

Key Responsibilities
Team Development & Coaching
- Recruit, hire, and onboard sales talent aligned with company culture and standards
- Coach and mentor team members through regular one-on-one sessions, providing performance feedback and skill development
- Design and deliver sales training programs covering product knowledge, consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Conduct role-playing exercises and practice sessions to improve team effectiveness
- Shadow team members during customer interactions to provide real-time coaching
- Track individual performance metrics and create personalized development plans
- Develop sales playbooks and best-practice documentation
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Sales Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectivesMonitor and analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and market trendsDefine and adjust sales territories based on market conditionsManage compensation plans, quota targets, and performance incentivesEnforce corporate standards, brand guidelines, and process complianceContract & Operations Management
Oversee contract processes ensuring alignment with company policiesResolve escalated customer issues, particularly during pre-construction phasesVerify contract incentives, deposits, contingencies, and requirementsEnsure proper documentation, filing, and compliance for all contractsManage complex contract negotiationsMarketing & Community Management
Develop and implement marketing strategies for communities and new launchesReview and optimize marketing performance metricsEnsure quality and brand compliance of all marketing materialsMaintain model home and community presentation standardsManage QMI home configuration, pricing strategy, and inventoryPlan and execute new community launchesCoordinate market intelligence and competitive analysisPlan and execute broker events and community activitiesRequired Qualifications
Experience :
5-10 years of progressive sales experience in home-building, real estate, or related industryProven success at overcoming objections and closing salesDemonstrated experience developing and delivering sales training programsConsistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsLuxury or custom home-building experience strongly preferredCore Competencies :
