Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations
In this role, you will :
Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
File, photocopy, and answer phones
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
Work under close supervision following established procedures
Required Qualifications :

Cash vault or cash handling experience
Knowledge and understanding of foreign currency
10 key data entry
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, windows, applications and utilize search tools to find information
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Job Expectations :
Training : (on the job training)
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs)
Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds (lifting / pulling)
Ability to work additional hours as needed
Ability to work some weekends and holidays as needed
