Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Base Pay Range

$110,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

Because of their continued growth, a General Contractor in the GREATER FORT MYERS AREA seeks a SUPERINTENDENT with commercial experience to join their team. Superintendent Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for project success, including safety, schedule, profitability, quality.
• Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Champions the orderly, timely completion of projects in the field.
• Co-ordinates with the Project Manager the means and methods required for the successful and profitable execution of the work.
• Assures coordination with the Project Manager and the procurement schedule with the Project Engineer. Pays special attention to prevention and documentation of delays or changes.
• Uses available reports to manage costs and prepare accurate cost projections.
• Reviews and executes all change orders.
• Completes close-out requirements and punch lists promptly.
• Provides feedback to estimators for future bidding or negotiations, especially subcontractor performance evaluations.
