Leidos' Defense Systems Electronic Manufacturing Facility is seeking a Electro / Mechanical Assembly Lab Section Manager to join our team at our Electronics Manufacturing Facility. Candidate will be responsible for leadership of a technician team that builds electro / mechanical assemblies. The type of work includes electronic assemblies that require AS9100 processing including calibrated tools, repeatable processes, testing and inspection. This position will lead the team of IPC-620 certified technicians that work on a variety of products including military and space customers

Primary Responsibilities

• Knowledge of assembly requirements for electro / mechanical assemblies.
• Working knowledge of testing and inspection of electro / mechanical assemblies.
• Communicate with customers (internal or external) to provide updates on both schedule and cost
• Will be responsible for providing employee feedback and any disciplinary matters
• Reviewing and approving time sheets and verification for accuracy
• Enforcing / following company policies as applicable
• Engaging with peers to share best practices

Pay Range :

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
