Job Description :
Looking for a ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Operations (FSO) modules to lead design and implementation of scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement CSM & FSO solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design data models, workflows, and integrations aligning with ITIL and business processes.
- Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor developers and review configuration / custom code.
- Collaborate with product owners and ServiceNow teams to implement enhancements.
Required Skills :
10+ years in ServiceNow ecosystem, with 5+ years in CSM / FSO implementation .Strong understanding of case management, entitlement, SLAs, dispatch, work orders, and scheduling .Hands-on in Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Actions, and IntegrationHub .Experience integrating CSM / FSO with CRM, ERP, or external scheduling tools.Solid grasp of data model design, portal customization, and service catalogs .Certifications : ServiceNow CSA, CIS-CSM, CIS-FSO preferred.
