We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in Summersville, WV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's computer systems. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities

Install and configure software and hardware
Manage network servers and technology tools
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
Upgrade systems with new releases and models
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in network and systems administration

Proficiency in managing Unifi switches and wireless access points

Experience with SonicWall firewalls

Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and Hyper-V

Experience with Dell storage solutions and Hyper-V clustering

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel to various sites within a 3-hour radius

Availability for after-hours on-call support
