As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at an education location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting security-related protocols. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk within an educational locationMonitor access to the building and verify identification of visitors, students, and staff as requiredRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocolsAssist with emergency response activities according to site procedures and Allied Universal guidelinesMaintain a visible presence at the front desk to help deter unauthorized activity and / or policy violationsDocument and report security-related incidents and / or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnelCommunicate clearly and professionally with visitors, staff, and students, addressing their needs or concerns as appropriateWhat We're Looking For :
