Overview

As a Sales Associate, Personalization at Crocs, you will bring a blend of creativity and consumer insight to the role, specializing in personalized footwear experiences that reflect individual style, comfort, and innovation. This role combines retail service with hands-on customization, helping consumers express their style through unique shoe designs!

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
• Perform customizations such as painting, creating CHARM stories in partnership with the consumer, and / or personalizing product with other accessory additions
• Place Jibbitz in shoes per consumer's request
• Educate consumers on materials, techniques, and care instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized personalization station
• Process sales transactions and manage inventory related to personalization supplies
• Assist, at times, in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations, to create a seamless shopping experience
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with Crocs
• At times, may need to represent the brand and / or store on social media or at public relation events
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc

Title : Sales Associate, Personalization

Salary or Pay Range : $19.50 - $20.00

Pay is dependent on experience and geographic area.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
