Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Product Manager
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Registry Product Manager to own product strategy, user experience, and adoption for the Zero Process Oracle (ZPO) Process Registry. As Registry Product Manager, you will define and prioritize the product roadmap, gather, and synthesize user feedback from pilots, optimize workflows, make trade-off decisions balancing competing stakeholder needs, and define success metrics. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and executive stakeholders to ensure the Registry becomes Oracle's systematic approach to process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own ZPO Process Registry as single-threaded product owner with clear product vision
Define and prioritize product roadmap from MVP to Successful Deployment
Gather and synthesize user feedback
Optimize user workflows to drive user satisfaction and adoption
Make trade-off decisions balancing stakeholder needs
Define product success metrics (adoption rate, DAU, user satisfaction)
Work with development team to prioritize ML features
Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Present progress updates to executive leadership
Required Qualifications
3-5 years product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or internal tools
Deep understanding of user-centered design and UX principles
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Data-driven decision-making with metrics and A / B testing
Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with low-code platforms (Oracle APEX, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
Background in process improvement or business transformation
Experience with AI / ML products and AI-assisted workflows
MBA or equivalent business education

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
