IT Operations Engineer

A company is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to manage and optimize its IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor support queue to ensure service-related issues are resolved within established SLAs

Manage and maintain on-premise IT infrastructure and administer Microsoft 365 services

Deploy, configure, and manage AWS and Azure cloud environments while ensuring security and compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience

Proven experience in managing on-premise IT infrastructure

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support

Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms

Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
