Director Of Admissions
Lincoln Tech is seeking a Director of Admissions, onsite at our South Plainfeild, NJ campus, who will provide leadership in student recruitment, empower campus admission goals, and develop strong internal and external relationships. Responsibilities for a Director of Admissions include overseeing and developing a team of successful admissions representatives to recruit students to join our programs, leading and cultivating an environment of teamwork, commitment, and ownership, providing staff training, development, and mentorship, directing the team to deliver company goals, collecting, analyzing, and using data to improve recruitment efforts, and overseeing the planning of events associated with recruitment and information for new and prospective students. Requirements for a Director of Admissions include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 5+ years of experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, Business or Military Leadership, prior experience in a for profit Career School environment highly desired, and proficiency with current technology.
