Our global Am Law ranked client is looking for a candidate to join a vibrant and entrepreneurial corporate reorganization practice in a position that will focus on all aspects of the representations of debtors and major creditors in both in-court and out-of-court- restructurings, distressed lending and asset acquisitions, and bankruptcy litigation. The candidate will join a Chambers-rated bankruptcy and corporate reorganization practice with six partners based in New York and approximately 40 other attorneys across the firm’s five other offices. Candidates must have top academic credentials and a stellar law firm employment history (limited changes since graduation).

Position Summary
