Job descriptionRepresent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and other types of funds employing alternative investment strategies. Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds). Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients. Contribute to the firm's expanding investment funds practice, directly interacting with clients and supporting business development. Competitive compensation : Includes an annual salary range of $260,000-$390,000 , commensurate with experience, along with a generous bonus structure. INVESTMENT FUNDS ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYS
LOCATION : NEW YORK
INTERNATIONAL AMLAW 50 FIRM has an immediate opening for Investment Funds Associate Attorneys in their New York office .
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with e xcellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 3-6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation .
- Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are required.
