Key Responsibilities :

• Advise on the formation and structuring of private investment funds .
• Handle sponsor-level transactions , including general partner and management company matters.
• Manage secondary transactions involving limited partner and portfolio company interests.
• Work closely with institutional investors, fund sponsors, and asset managers.
