Director of Marketing Responsibilities : Own brand positioning, annual marketing plans, and growth strategy Lead new product launch strategy and cross-functional commercialization Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, and retail activation Build retailer sell-in stories, promotional plans, and trade marketing tools Analyze category and consumer insights to guide decision-making Manage agency partners and develop a high-performing marketing team
Director of Marketing Requirements : 812+ years in CPG / food marketing or brand management Track record of delivering strong brand + business results Experience commercializing new products and leading campaigns end-to-end Strong analytical skills with familiarity in IRI / Nielsen / NIQ Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities Benefits for this role include Medical, vision, dental and 401k potential.
