Manager, Talent Acquisition
We're looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize recruiting efforts for our C&I, Generation, and Administration groups. In this role, you'll manage a team of recruiters and drive the strategies, processes, and partnerships needed to meet hiring goals and deliver exceptional experiences for candidates, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
This leader will also play a critical role in supporting our Talent Acquisition Specialists including coaching, developing, and empowering them to operate at a high level while creating an inclusive, performance-driven team culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of recruiters focused on filling corporate, professional, and administrative roles across C&I and Administration business groups
- Build strong partnerships with business leadership to understand workforce needs, hiring targets, and evolving market dynamics
- Deliver best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences through clear communication, timely follow-up, and quality interactions
- Champion the development and success of our recruiters and TA specialists, fostering a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive team culture
- Use recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate quality, funnel conversion, retention trends) to guide strategy and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including professional networks, targeted outreach, referral campaigns, and market-specific tactics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, Compensation, TA Ops, and Employer Brand to streamline hiring processes and messaging
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and standards, including consistent use of SuccessFactors
- Drive a culture of urgency, innovation, and accountability, with a strong bias for action
Qualifications :
5+ years of corporate recruiting experienceExperience recruiting for C&I and / or administrative functions (e.g., finance, HR, legal, operations, commercial)Proven ability to lead teams and build high-performing, collaborative culturesStrong understanding of recruiting metrics and how to use data to drive decisionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organizationHigh sense of urgency, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentExperience with SuccessFactors ATSDemonstrated ability to innovate and improve processes while staying focused on business outcomesPreferred Qualifications :
Previous experience supporting corporate functions in energy, utilities, or related industriesKnowledge of sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill professional and administrative rolesExperience with employer branding or recruiting marketing practices
