In this role, you'll actively engage with new and existing customers to drive fiber adoption, increase revenue through upselling, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Essential Functions : ()
Generate leads and close sales through outbound calls, face-to-face meetings, and door-to-door prospecting
Build and execute strategic sales plans to grow our fiber footprint and increase customer spend
Partner with Solutions Engineers to design the best technical solutions for each customer
Maintain an active sales funnel and report on pipeline progress to the Sales Manager
Communicate value propositions clearly and consultatively to business decision-makers
Be part of a positive, high-performing team that supports and motivates each other
Stay on top of market trends and altafiber's evolving suite of services
Education : ()
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Preferred MBA
Relevant Work Experience : ()
1â??3 years of sales experience, ideally in a competitive B2B environment
Knowledge of telecom services (data, voice, video, networking) preferred
Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : ()
Strong consultative selling and customer engagement skills
A self-motivated, resourceful attitude with a drive to exceed sales goals
Excellent planning, communication, and time management abilities
