Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders in the Product Engineering pillar to design organization and operating models
Focus on talent management, leadership coaching, and manager effectiveness
Lead transformations and change management initiatives
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in a high-growth technology or product organization
4+ years managing complex, VP-level executive partnerships
Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR and business strategy
Experience in diagnosing organizational health and implementing operating model changes
Proven record of coaching VP-level leaders and developing high-impact talent management programs
