Role Overview

As the Director / Vice President of Brand & Marketing, you will be the strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing our brand vision. You'll build and lead a talented team focused on building a cohesive brand strategy and creating marketing initiatives that deeply engage our community. You will lead the portfolio strategy, working alongside the Founder, President, and Director of Innovation to develop and sustain our product pillars. This role oversees all consumer-facing marketing efforts, including product marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and overall brand storytelling.

Qualifications

Salary Range : $180K-$200K DOE
