Litigation Attorney (Real Estate, Commercial & Business Litigation)

Job Overview

A well-regarded mid-sized law firm with offices in Fort Washington and Wayne, PA, is seeking an attorney with 4–6 years of experience in real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and business litigation

The successful candidate will work directly with the firm's Litigation Group Leader in a sophisticated and growing practice. This is a unique opportunity to develop professionally while joining a busy, well-established litigation team serving clients throughout Pennsylvania—all within a positive, supportive, and suburban Philadelphia environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate, Commercial, and / or Business Litigation
• Active license in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Strong motivation and desire to excel
• Ability to reliably commute to Fort Washington, PA
