About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth to spearhead its strategic expansion. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving membership development, modernizing the membership model, and ensuring high member retention and engagement. This pivotal role also involves leveraging member feedback for product and service development, implementing a comprehensive pricing strategy, and driving innovation to meet the needs of the market. The VP of Growth will be a key player in the Executive Leadership team, responsible for fostering a strong internal culture, leadership, and organizational health.
Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in business development or growth strategy roles, with a proven track record in driving sustained growth and retention, preferably in an association, nonprofit, or service-based organization. The role requires strong experience in building strategic partnerships, referral programs, and channel development, as well as expertise in data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and marketing strategy execution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a people-centric leadership approach. The position supports a hybrid work environment, with a primary focus on remote work and occasional in-person meetings or site visits as needed.
